Children's Picture Book
The oldest paths are rarely marked. They begin behind hedges, at the edge of forests, beside wells no one drinks from anymore. Fairy tales remember what happens when someone accepts the invitation, breaks the rule, makes the bargain or follows the light.
THE FIRST CLUE
These stories survived because they learned to hide difficult truths inside impossible things. Wolves talk. Mountains open. Children outwit death. Wishes become dangerous the moment they are granted. Beneath the enchantment is something older: a warning, a hope, a lesson nobody wanted to state plainly.
ONE LAST THING
If the path looks recently used, someone may already be ahead of you.
