Overview

Wolfesque is an informational and creative studio website. The current site does not provide accounts, login, ecommerce, payments, or advertising pixels. It includes a newsletter signup provided through VBOUT, may use Cloudflare Web Analytics when that beacon is active on the live site, and embeds selected public videos through YouTube's privacy-enhanced player.

Embedded YouTube Media

Selected music pages use YouTube's privacy-enhanced embedded player. The player is configured not to autoplay. Loading or using the player may allow YouTube and Google to receive technical information such as an IP address, browser details, device information, referring page, and playback interactions. YouTube and Google control their own processing of that information under their respective policies.

Visitors may choose not to play an embedded video and may instead continue browsing Wolfesque without interacting with YouTube. Links to YouTube open the external YouTube service.

Information You Provide

If you use the Contact page, the form asks for your name, email address, subject, and message. The form also includes a hidden anti-spam field. Please avoid sending sensitive information unless it is necessary for your inquiry.

If you use a newsletter signup form or select the optional newsletter opt-in on the Contact page, the submitted email address is sent to VBOUT so the subscription can be created and managed.

Contact Form Processing

Contact-form submissions are sent to the site's contact endpoint and, if accepted, delivered by email using Cloudflare Email Sending. The submission may be used to read, route, and respond to your inquiry.

Security Verification

The Contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect the website against spam, abuse, and automated submissions by distinguishing legitimate visitors from automated traffic. Turnstile operates in invisible mode and may process technical information—such as client IP address, device or browser characteristics, and request headers—necessary to evaluate whether an interaction is genuine.

Technical Information

Like most websites, hosting and security systems may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps, and similar request data.

When Cloudflare Web Analytics is active on the live site, Cloudflare may process basic technical and usage information such as page views, referrers, device or browser details, and approximate request information to provide aggregate site analytics.

Cookies And Storage

The current site code does not set first-party cookies, localStorage, or sessionStorage for analytics, advertising, or personalization. VBOUT, Cloudflare Turnstile, and Cloudflare Web Analytics may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies depending on their service implementation, browser, and session state. How Information Is Used

• To receive, review, and respond to messages sent through the Contact page.
• To create and manage newsletter subscriptions submitted through VBOUT-powered forms.
• To protect the site from spam, abuse, and automated submissions.
• To understand aggregate website traffic and basic page usage when Cloudflare Web Analytics is active.
• To maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the website.
• To preserve records where reasonably needed for administrative, security, or legal purposes.

Service Providers And Affiliate Links

The implementation currently includes VBOUT for newsletter signup, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, Cloudflare Email Sending for contact email delivery, and Cloudflare Web Analytics when the analytics beacon is active on the live site. These providers may process information as needed to provide those services.

Wolfesque participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. Outbound links to Amazon products may include an affiliate tracking tag (`wolfesque-20`) so that Amazon can track qualifying purchases. Amazon processes customer interactions on its own platforms under its own privacy policies.

Retention

Contact messages may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond to the inquiry, maintain business records, protect the site, or meet applicable obligations. Exact retention periods may depend on the nature of the message and the systems used to receive it.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect the website and contact-form handling. No website or email system can guarantee perfect security, so visitors should use care when deciding what information to submit.

If this website links to another website or service, that third party is responsible for its own privacy practices. Review the other site's policy before providing information there.

Children's Privacy

This website is not designed to collect personal information from children. Children should use the Contact page only with permission and assistance from a parent or guardian.
